Ingredients
Potato 4
onion 1
chilly powder 2tsp
Amchur powder 1 pinch
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Curry leaves
Corriander leaves
seasoning items

Method :
Boil potatoes and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add seasoning items. Fry onions till it turns golden brown. Add chilly powder and turmeric powder & amchur powder. Stir for 2 mins in low flame.
Now add the potatoes and check salt. Close the pan and allow it to cook for 5 to 10 mins under low flame. Remove frm stove and garnish with corriander leaves.
Perfect side dish for Lemon rice & Tomato rice.
